Hi Everybody,Hope everything is well. We're coming to the end of our US tour now, we're spending the weekdays in NY and doing some East Coast dates on the weekends. We just played Baltimore, Washington and New Jersey, they were all over sold out and really good shows. The weather is beautiful here at the moment, but sometimes the humidity makes it uncomfortable. I'm staying near the studio around Soho, so it's a great area to be in.
The tour has been really interesting, we've seen every type of weather, from extreme desert heat, to snow in Colorado. We managed to have some cool days off too, we went to see Graceland while we were in Memphis. It was incredible, and really funny at the same time. You don't get to see too much of the house itself, but there are some great pieces of memorabilia there. We got some great photos, including a great one of all 12 of us outside the gates. We also had a great tour of the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville, we got to go behind the scenes and see a sweater with a food stain on it belonging to Elvis and a great suit belonging to Gram Parsons.
We hope to have the album finished up by early June, I can't wait for you all to hear it. It's going to be incredible. Looking forward to seeing you all soon

Hope you are all well. We are in Phoenix today and are heading for South by South West now. The weather was about 100 degrees today, it was lovely. We played an outdoor show (a radio show) and it was really nice.
Things are going great with the album, we're not too far from starting vocals. It's going to be such a great record, you will all love it. There's not much other news really because we spend our days in the studio and haven't really gone out much. It looks like Peter Buck from REM will be putting down a mandolin track on the album. We met him at our gig in Seattle and he loves the band.

'Hope you're all well. Things are going really well for us over here. We've been in the studio now for three day and are really happy with the way things are going. Dave Sardy (producer) is so good to be around in the studio. His exerience is such a comfort, we're in safe hands. The record is going to sound incredible, we're so excited about it. The weather has been beautiful, it's so warm here just like the middle of summer. The studio is on Sunset Boulevard, right in Hollywood. I can't wait to get this finished, I think you're all going to love it.'
